As a Manager at Fragomen’s Zurich office, I provide comprehensive Swiss immigration advice to a varied client portfolio, including mid-size firms and multinational companies in the IT, banking, pharmaceutical and engineering industries. Representative accomplishments: • Advised major IT clients on the Swiss immigration requirements arising out of merger and acquisition transactions and corporate restructuring activities.• Advised major IT clients on the contractual implications of staff working from home on a permanent basis and working outside of Switzerland for a Swiss entity.The focus of my role is to help clients navigate complex compliance requirements by providing bespoke advisory and immigration services. I also assist private clients with finding immigration and citizenship avenues in Switzerland by leveraging my extensive experience in the field.
