Since very young age I’ve been motivated and supported by my family. I started reading books when I was 4 years old and I think this really helped me for my development as a person. When I started High School I became the president of our school parliament and this position showed me the importance of teamwork and leadership. I was responsible for choices and events influencing my whole school. I started working in my parents bookstore when I was 16 and I’m still helping them. This was my first job and it made me improve my communication skills with people from different backgrounds. I understood that each person is unique in its own way and as a seller I had to start giving out my best in order to satisfy the customers and myself. I started studying Psychology at the university of Stirling in Scotland. I decided that I should start working there so I found that the local McDonald’s is looking to hire new people so I tried and one month later I was already working. I appreciated the fact that I had the opportunity to work as a team with other people before. I worked overnight shifts and studied during the day. Of course, it was not as easy as I thought but it turned out I am tougher than I knew. Now, because of COVID-19, I returned to my home country - Bulgaria, and I am working at my parents store but I am looking forward for new opportunities in my life. I am open-minded and very cheerful and positive person so I would love to find what would bring me happiness in life.
