Financial: - Participation in the development of financial analyze, due diligences analyze, budget of assigned projects- Monitoring the execution of the project plan and allocated budget- Reporting to Top ManagementCustomers/Market:- Managing relationship with external suppliers in order to identify the optimal solution related to coordinated project- Assessment of projects feasibility study and possibility of implementation- Selection of optimal solution according with the characteristics of the projectProcess:- Monitoring of the planning process- Development of the project plan/timeline- Development and presentation of deliverables, milestones and blocking points - Review of the project plan - Monitoring the implementation of the project and update status - Maintaining the relationship with the beneficiary departments of the projects- Amendments of the project plan according to the changes requested by the sponsors- Select and coordinate with human resources within the project; assign task to each team member
