Run Product related projects:1.1. Inno/reno projects in ROBG market, ensuring an efficient project management organization answering to the needs of the CBU (build project team, manage regular project meetings; manage timeline of the project); report, forecasts and alerts (gap analysis) on ROBG portfolio of projects, ensuring best in class COGS and Right First Time delivery (cost, quality, time);1.2. Productivity projects in collaboration with Marketing, R&I and C&P; 2. Assure project deliverables are ready on time (briefs, project GO, P&L, designs);3. Keep & animate key project documents (masterfile, PFR/PFA);4. Work with each project team to find solutions to major issues and escalate main risks and issues on the project to ROBG Portfolio meeting (Initiate and animate Risk assessment sessions);5. Work with each project team for organizing Post Launch analysis;6. ESKO/Graphic Chain Management;7. Facilitate the communication with C&P and CBU suppliers for each project;8. Implementation in all projects is ensuring that IPROVIEW methodology is followed (5 stages: Select, Define, Develop, Implement, Launch);9. Performs other tasks received from the direct superior or company’s management, within her/his area of competency.

- Ensure deployment of annual Trade Marketing activity plan, aligned with marketing strategies;- Track, analyze and make proposal for improving Key Performance Indicators for In Store Execution;- Ensure clear communication of promotional plans to Kandia Key Account team and Sales Force;- Track implementation of promotional plan, make analytics and come back with improvement proposals;- Develop planograms and merchandising standards, together with Trade Marketing Manager, in line with company strategy and market analytics;- Ensure implementation of agreed category management projects for collaborative clients;- Prepare presentation decks and portfolio for trade marketing activities, plans and NPDs;- Support sales team by developing and implementing national or dedicated customer campaigns;- Support & communication with all departments (field, KAM, finance, purchasing, planning, R&D, logistics, factory);- Analyze current performance, detect possible market and shopper trends for the future creating insights for use by the sales team in building category growth;- Together with sales team develop programs to address market opportunities.

- Developing and implementing all activities for the traditional trade channel (Distributors): campaign implementation and verification, administrating the data base used by all distributors, sales reports, preparing Canvass bonus file;- Developing specific reports for the NSM and Marketing Manager;- Establishing, up-dating and following-up the KA and C&C listing priorities;- Elaborating all sales reports: analyse by sales, client, category, channel;- Sending promo and campaign information internally and to the sales team;- Using SAP, DDC, BEX/BI as tools in reaching targets;- Organising group events and sales conferences.

- Obtaining certificates for the biocide products;- Coordinating MSDS and label translations and keeping them updated;- Maintaining contact with the authorities regarding any product issues;- Providing administrative support primarily to the Financial Department;- Handling visit programs and logistics and other events management.

- Maintaining constant communication with the company's clients and partners via e-mail or telephone;- Keeping the SAP database up to date by recording new clients;- Using SAP software as a tool to accomplish all financial, sales and marketing activities;- Administrating contracts with clients and collaborators;- Maintaining a good collaboration with the Hyster managers (world leaders on the handling machines market) from England, the Netherlands, Germany, Scotland, Italy and France;- Keeping company’s website up to date;- Designing company’s advertising products;- Organising the participation at all marketing events and exhibitions.

- preparing and recording invoices for company's customers;- tracking customers' debts, sending written notifications for overdue debts, as well as periodical balance confirmations;- administrating contracts, contract addendums for the ECDL Test Centres;- sending various reports to the managers whenever they are needed (e.g. monthly income and revenue, sales of products by certain criteria, etc.);- managing and organizing file cabinets of the candidates and examinations;- organizing marketing events (e.g.: book fares – Gaudeamus, Bookfest, Killipirim; other events);- keeping a good collaboration with the translators and writers of the publishing house;- centralizing translations;- maintaining the data base(MS Access) up to date;- administrative and logistical activities;- any other tasks that ensure the company to reach it’s goals.
