Activities:• Providing advice on different legal issues;• Drafting legal opinions, memoranda and other briefing documents withrespect to insolvency/liquidation procedures;• Documentation analysis pertaining to insolvency/liquidation cases;• Drafting procedural acts under Insolvency Law and concluding the necessary formalities for the publication of the documents in the Insolvency Procedures Bulletin;• Periodic review of the Court Portal in order to identify new insolvency/liquidation cases;• Entailing of necessary documentation for drafting and assigning offers of services on new files;• Drafting documents related to the incipient measures in the insolvency/liquidation cases (e.g. notifying debtor with respect to the opening of insolvency proceedings and his obligations under Insolvency Law; notifying creditor and banks with respect to the opening of insolvency proceedings; notifying local authorities; summoning associates/shareholders in order to designate special administrator; notifying banks in order to suspend the shares in the payment of debts against the debtor and his assets etc.)• Analyzing claim statements and notifying creditors of the reasons for modifying claims;• Drafting summons of the Assembly and the Committee of creditors, drafting the related minutes and completing the necessary formalities for their registration in the case file;• Drafting sales regulations, pertaining to the assets of the debtor companies, as well as the documentation related to the auctions organized for their capitalization;• Drafting relevant acts related to the assistance, consultancy and legal representation in the insolvency/liquidation cases.

Activities:• Providing professional and administrative support;• Receiving, prioritizing, and transferring phone calls;• Selecting, drafting and distributing mail and other documents;• Managing the agenda of internal and external meetings;• Organizing and apprising clients files;• Organizing domestic and international travels ( e.g. hotel booking, flight booking, rent-a-car etc.);• Arranging and archiving of electronic and paper legal documentation;• Updating customer data base; • Logistics activities: reproduction of documents in order to create the files; 
provision of supplies necessary for the activity; • Drafting and issuing invoices to customers;• Marketing activities at the request of the lawyer; • Manage messages received on new clients, guests events, press articles.

Activities:• Communicating with students on specific matters ( e.g. necessary documents);• Activities concerning the organization of admission examinations and completion of studies;• Drafting supplement diploma, scholar situations and other documents requested by Chief Secretary;• Drafting various secretarial acts requested by the university leaders;• Additional tasks with regards to the proper performance of various scientific, cultural or educational events of the University or Department;• Direct and technologically mediated communication (Portal, Virtual Campus), with the students and professors of the Department of Technologies at Bucharest University;• Drafting of administrative documents, certificates and tables;• Collecting tuition fees and issuing of receipts;• Evidence of tuition fees on specializations and years of study.
