Main responsibilities: - Coordinating all activities related to shipments;- Processing bookings according to the client's request and in accordance with MSC procedures;- Monitoring bookings and regularly informing clients in accordance with the business policy of MSC and the office;- Checking whether the manifested prices are in accordance with the booking and valid tariffs;- Maintaining regular communication with shippers, consignees, MSC agents from the port of discharge as well as port of loading and coordinating the necessary activities to ensure a smooth process of receiving and shipping containers; - Completing all the necessary documentation on the work item (B/L, offer, order for loading/unloading, regular invoicing, i.e., debiting clients, instructions...);- Taking care and ensures full payment before final delivery / release of containers to clients who are required to pay in advance; - Controlling invoices for demurrage, storage, plugging and monitoring and issues invoices related to shipments;- Recording and resolving issues related to abandoned cargo in accordance with procedures prescribed by MSC.
