● As a recruitment consultant, my role is to develop great relationships with clients (employers) in some specific industry areas (IT and non-IT) and then help them fill their job vacancies with people from our network of candidates;● I am also promoting, screening, selecting and interviewing the best talents for each one of our clients, creating candidate’s profile and recommendations;● I am responsible for managing the complete recruitment process for blue collar and white collar's too, professional skilled candidates for IT and non-IT possitions, trying day by day to build a solid relationship with them. I'm doing this because not only our clients employers count, It's about employees too and I'm finding important placing them to suitable jobs.

● The role of a real estate advisor brings with it the support for the client in finding the right home, whether it is for rent, purchase, or sale. My goal is to identify the needs and possibilities of customers, to make them the most suitable offers. I also offer consultancy to both parties involved in the transaction, communicate with banks, notary offices, and not only, for the qualitative completion of services. Contract preparation, market prospecting, phone calls and emails are part of my daily work schedule.● In this job, I have better internalized my photography and image editing skills, by paying attention to the image of each offer. The intensive use of social networks (Facebook, Messenger, Whatsapp, Gmail, etc.), as well as real estate programs and platforms (Argus, imobiliare.ro, CRM) brought me a plus in the speed and quality with which I developed my activity.● Also, I perfected my ability to work in a team, collaborating with all our colleagues, including our manager, sharing our responsibilities in both office and field for the successful completion of tasks.● I have perfected my negotiation, sales, networking, communication, and conflict management skills every day, under the guidance of the team in this job, in order to reach a common solution in intermediating clients and making successful transactions.

● Working with targhets, outbound phone calls, messages as well as emails in order to achieve the company's interests with the customers.● Monitoring, recording, archiving personal tasks and forwarding them to the department manager.● Follow up and contacting customers or potential customers in order to carry out the services that the company has with them.● Using and updating the CRM database with informations and requirements about old/new or potential customers.● Permanent documentation regarding the new services offered and mantaining a good communication with the clients of the company.

● Working and learning with the management in identifying HR organisational needs. Also with the HR manager in increasing employee retention, employee satisfaction and performance;● Screening and interviewing best candidates, mainly for management and real estate positions.
