Developed the Romanian branch of a Samsung Electronics Hungarian based company. The main duties were directed to:• define the company strategy: develop a brand position for Samsung products and sales goals for every year. Sales evolution: $4M -1999, $11M - 2000, reaching about $100M (Eur83M) in 2005;• develop sales activity: contact new partners able to support distribution network development through conjoint marketing activities and develop contacts with the most important Romanian companies on the market. • Manage and negotiate the strategic annual contracts and agreements with major partners with all its related indicators – quantity, turnover, price strategy, communication, co-promotions, financial strategy• Decide for new market niche to be covered //exploited – if potential distributors should be considered an importer or should be affiliated to an existing one;
