Within the position AOI Programmer I developed my experience in :*knowledge of the AOI process.*knowledge of the IPC-A-610.*knowledge of AOI - Viscom: vVision (good).*creating, developing and optimization AOI programs in vVision according to IPC.*creating and developing vSPC reports.*knowledge and interpretation of xml file.*knowledge and interpretation of AOI errors according to IPC.*knowledge hardware and software for Viscom S3088 ultra and ultra gold.*creating the operational instruction for equipment.*knowledge of quality systems and ESD control.*creating the AOI program and the sample boards with defects simulation for validation the machine into the site.I creating the work instructions for the new equipment in site and i maintain the work instructions for the equipment from site.I trained the operators and technicians on proper equipment operation.I worked with process and quality engineering to review and analyze defect/yield/fpy data for correcting the problems that appeared in the SMT process.I worked with internal and external maintenance personnel to maintain an acceptable level of quality and productivity on equipment.

Within the position held I developed my experience in :*SAP knowledge for Product Engineer and Component Engineer.*knowledge and recognition off all SMD and PTH components.*support for Product Engineer (creating the assembly instruction for products, creating the packinginstructior for products, adjust the BOM for project according to the product engineering request, adjustthe BOL for the production order or project).*support for Component Engineer (creating and maintain the internal part number into the SAP system, checking the new components arriving in the site/reception to correspond to the technical specifications in the datasheet).
