SEEDS BUSINESS UNIT DIRECTOR 2011 - Present2005 – 2011PRODUCT MANAGER OF SEEDSIn this period, my activity consisted of:- Testing of maize, sunflower, rapeseeds and sorghum varieties in research fields:- Choosing the best varieties from Summit Agro Romania suppliers;- Promoting of these varieties in all planting areas;- Testing of varieties in all planting areas:- Choosing the best varieties to maize, sunflower, rapeseeds and sorghum;- Promoting of these varieties to the farmers;- Development of culture technology for these varieties;- Promoting of these technologies at the farmer level;- Import of seeds- Checking the Quality of seeds;- Checking of warehouse; -Seed storage;- Selling of seeds;- Evidence of seeds; -Writes the quality certificates from Summit Agro Romania to the farmers;- Keeping the evidence for each varieties and for each lot;- Keep in touch with authorities; - Seed production of maize for Euralis and Zemun Polje;- I provide technical assistance to our colleagues and to farmers;

In this period, my activity consisted of:- Choosing the best varieties;- Testing of maize and sunflower varieties in all planting areas;- Seed testing for different species;- Seeds multiplication for export at maize, sunflower, pea, sorghum, flax, millet and mustard;- Seeds multiplication for our market;- Sale seeds of maize, sunflower, rapeseeds, barley and alfalfa on Romania market;

Agronomist at developmental department 1990 – 1991;- Farm chief at Tipei farm at ARDI 1991 – 1992;- Scientifically researcher (1992 – 1999) at Seed multiplication laboratory, maize and sorghum team;- Laboratory chief at “Seed multiplication laboratory” 1994 – 2000;- Main scientific research third degree: 1999 In this period, my activity consisted in: - Maintenance of maize parental lines (about 50 forms / year);- Maintenance of sunflower parental lines ( about 30 forms/ year)- Maintenance of sorghum parental lines (10 forms / year );- Multiplication under isolator of maize and sorghum parental forms;- Multiplication of maize inbreeds isolated in space, on descendants, depending on the seed requirement;- Multiplication isolated in space of maize, sunflower and sorghum parental lines ( about 40 lines / 40 ha / year );- Experiment performing for: establishment of flowering coincidence of parental forms; - Determination of yielding ability; testing of parental forms to different new insecticides and pesticides;- Elaboration of technologies for maize hybridization plot at new registered hybrids
