- The design of curtain walls including the calculation of wind load and other specific loads;- Extracting dimensional information from the construction site using specialized measuring tools;- Elaboration of the execution drawings of the curtain walls with atypical shapes and special projects;- Supervising the manufacturing and assembly stages.

-Produce designs using the SolidWorks CAD software and create assemblies, mechanical drawings, and fabrication specifications.-Collaborate with the team regarding mechanical design concepts and concept development until the manufacturing stage.-Meet with suppliers, clients, and project stakeholders to review designs and alter as needed

- Programming and operation of CNC machines - DMG Mori 4 axis (Fanuc controller) ;- Setting and preparation of cutting tools according to the material processed;- Calculated speeds and feeds according to each project;- Quality assurance according to the execution drawing;- Making the preliminary measurements;- Permanently focused on optimizing the cutting process;- Maintaining the connection with the other departments.

Programming CNC milling machines (3 axis ), HURCO brand;-Supervision the implementation and execution processes of the programs ( postprocessing);-Using CAD / CAM software such as SolidWorks, Cimatron, CamWorks, to create 3D models and milling technology;-Determination of the cutting setups (feeds, speeds, cut depth, etc.) according to the processed materials (aluminum, steel, stainless steel, plastic);-Choosing the tools required for the manufacturing process (mills, drills, taps,etc.);-Random dimensional verification of parts using tools such as 3d taster, micrometer, caliper, altimeter, etc.
