- Start the online/offline procedures for public acquisitions according to the assignment documentation and the supporting documents- Identify suppliers of goods and services- Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.- Carrying out the market consultation process in case it is desired to purchase products, services or construction works with a high degree of technical, financial or contractual complexity- Necessary reports of the centralized needs identified at the level of the contracted authority - Creating the procurement file and then following the delivery, performance and execution terms provided in the contract, respectively the technical requirements provided in the specifications- Issuance of ascertaining documents containing information regarding the fulfilment or, as the case may be, non-fulfilment of the contractual obligations- Permanent monitoring of the expenditure of the funds distributed through the budget- Recording of direct acquisitions of products, services and construction works as part of the annual procurement strategy- Correct estimation of the value of the acquisitions and the corresponding framing in the value thresholds imposed by law taking into account the object of the public procurement- Implementation of the measures established for the development of the internal / managerial control system by creating the performance indicators of the microstructure and the activity necessary for their fulfilment- Updating the software of public procurements- Archiving the documents that are part of the public procurement file according to the regulations in force- Apply the legal provisions regarding the work with the classified documents- Outside of my job description i've got to know the team that i am part of and came with different team unifying activities that everybody was happy to be part of. As a result we started to collaborate and work better together.
