At Ringier AG, I hold a significant position within the Tech & Data Unit, where I contribute to the development of a comprehensive 360 Market Intelligence and Lead Generation solution for our diverse group businesses, including Jobs, Real Estate, and Publishing.The solutions we provide consist in complex data extraction, cleansing, analysis and visualisation. In this capacity, I effectively coordinate a cross-functional and cross-country team comprised of talented colleagues from Romania, South Africa, Mauritius, Zimbabwe, and Switzerland. In March 2017, I joined Ringier Romania to lead the development and launch of two innovative classifieds aggregator platforms - Imoradar24.ro and Jobradar24.ro. Imoradar24.ro (Real Estate) simplifies the property search experience by aggregating listings from the entire market, consolidating unique properties, and eliminating duplicates for an efficient, user-friendly experience. Jobradar24.ro (Jobs) provides job seekers with the most comprehensive repository of opportunities in the market, ranging from white to blue and grey collar positions, along with a seamless application process.These platforms bolster Ringier Romania's leading verticals, Imobiliare.ro and eJobs.ro. As the Product Manager, I hold full P&L ownership and responsibility, guiding the strategic vision and growth of both platforms. Leveraging over a decade of experience in the automotive industry as the leader of Autovit.ro, Romania's leading car classifieds website, I identified a pressing need to address the lack of transparency and rampant scams in used car transactions.Throughout my tenure, I witnessed buyers struggling with unscrupulous dealers selling subpar, tampered, or heavily damaged vehicles. Motivated to find a solution, I dedicated several years to constructing a comprehensive database and forging strategic partnerships with key data providers across the European Union.The result is the successful launch of InspectorAuto.ro, an innovative service committed to protecting used car buyers from fraudulent practices by shady dealers and private sellers, ensuring a safe and transparent purchasing experience.

As the General Manager of Autovit.ro, Romania's largest car classifieds website, I embraced the challenge and responsibility of leading a dedicated and talented team. United by our shared passion, we functioned as a close-knit family.Key responsibilities during my tenure included:- Full P&L responsibility, encompassing revenue generation, budgeting, and forecasting.- Ensuring sustained company profitability and achieving at least double-digit YoY growth.- Implementing our unique local strategy under the guidance of Naspers Classified CEE regional management.- Consolidating Autovit.ro's position as the #1 car classifieds website in Romania.- Building, managing, and growing a diverse team across sales, marketing, customer support, and product development departments.- Establishing strategic partnerships and enhancing business performance.- Collaborating with the Marketing Manager to design and execute marketing strategies, as well as allocate marketing budgets.- Successfully migrating the website to new platforms twice, in partnership with the Product Manager.- Developing and implementing sales strategies alongside the Sales Manager, resulting in a 5-6x growth in our dealer portfolio.

In October 2009, after Naspers acquired Autovit.ro, I transitioned to the role of Product Manager. My primary objective was to migrate the Autovit.ro website from its old platform to a new platform utilized by Poland's largest car classifieds website, Otomoto.pl. This migration presented a significant challenge, as the new platform was entirely different and the development team was fully remote. Nevertheless, after five months of intensive work, we successfully migrated to the new platform in March 2010.Post-migration, my responsibilities expanded to managing platform development to meet customer needs, achieve business objectives in terms of revenue, market share, and user experience. Starting from 2010, we adopted Agile Development - SCRUM, where I acted as a Product Owner, collaborating closely with a remote development team based in Poland.During this period, I worked in close partnership with the Business Manager, Mr. Attila Okanyi, to ensure the platform's continuous growth and success.

During my tenure as Technical Coordinator, my responsibilities involved overseeing website development and providing technical support to both our users and internal team members. I acted as the liaison between our single programmer and customers, as well as the internal team, gathering valuable user feedback and suggesting website improvements based on their needs.Simultaneously, I collaborated closely with the business owner to prepare the company for acquisition by Naspers - Allegro Group. This process included establishing procedures, defining team structure, and ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders involved.
