At SSI I’ve continued to develop my project management skills and grow my market research knowledge. Most of the projects I’ve handled came from SSI’s top Benelux clients, for which I’ve managed one of the biggest multi-country projects of the company, incorporating 9 full-service trackers that ran in parallel for two years.- Together with my team, I’ve defined the approach to tackle the large amount of work and I’ve created the structure of the planning - I maintained permanent contact with the internal teams, suppliers and with the client, coordinating our actions and determining priorities- I had regular calls and face to face meetings with the client, that contributed to a good communication and raised the level of trust- I had a pro-active approach and I’ve worked together with my team and managers to find appropriate solutions to the challenges encountered along the way- I trained and guided fellow project managers who joined the team of the project in 2014.
