Responsible for the FCG OPS – flight support and aircraft dispatch center day to day operations and company development, strategic planning, HR, marketing, commercial activities, etc. Achievements: During the years of my service the company from local known provider of several services became one of the biggest aircraft dispatch and trip support providers in Europe. New products were developed, additional staff was hired and trained. The company was crucially modernised and changed to the present scale.

- Supervise flight planning and release, according with localprocedures, international practices and procedures (EU-OPS, JAR-OPS,ICAO) and company procedures (Operations Manual), in order to assureflights safety and legality.- Analyze and elaborate weather and aeronautical (NOTAMs, CFMU, Slots)information reports that could affect daily operations;- Analyze performance and weather restrictions;- Flight Coordination with local airport authorities, Flight InformationRegions, Air Traffic Control and Handlings;- Flight Following;- Proactively, anticipate restrictions to flight operations and itsimpacts, and propose solutions';- Cost-saving policy control within department responsibility;- Assure that internal procedures are correctly followed; - Priority setting and task coordination within the shift;- Interdepartmental coordination;- Flight Dispatch Coordinators performance assessment;- Flight Crew Briefing;- Execute Operational Flight Plan (OFP) according to Operations Manual;- Validate and submit ATC flight plan and submit changes, keeping itactive and current;- Send OFP, ATC flight plan, weather and aeronautical information, andall relevant documentation to the crews.- Flight Release, according with passenger manifest, fuel on board, massand balance, weather operation minima, legal alternates, airspacerestrictions, performance restrictions, crew or aircraft qualifications,overflight and/or landing permits, airport slots/PPR and CFMUregulations;- Request airport slots or PPRs;- Provide On-Job Training.
