And introduction of new painting technology - digital printing with water-based inks in the factory production.- Implementation of polyurethane paints in the toy painting process.- Leaning the process of silkscreen, buying and equipment pre-seting, and training blue-collars to paint wooden toys by the silkscreen machine.

Working on different steps of wooden toy production as an assistant and learning the whole process of production.
