As a technical manager, I’m responsible for overseeing and managing the technical aspects of the service department, ensuring that customer vehicles are serviced, repaired, and maintained to the highest standards.I'm managing a team of technicians and mechanics, oversee their work, and ensure that all work is completed efficiently and accurately. This involves assigning work, providing training and guidance, and managing schedules to ensure that all work is completed on time.As technical manager, I'm also responsible for managing inventory and ordering supplies and parts, managing budgets and expenses, and ensuring that all equipment and tools are properly maintained and calibrated.
