This meant to survey the construction which had begun, come up with ways of improving the layout and also touch on the subject of interior design. Calculate the necessary of materials and make an estimate of cost for the project was also included in the agreement. In the time being there took part in two projects of small houses also, in all their fazes: concept, drawing, detailing and cost estimate. Led a small team of junior architects on the field for surveying apartment buildings that were part of the rehabilitation program, Bucharest. This was a subcontracting agreement with a larger firm, that passed on to us a number of 180 apartment buildings. The job included identifying, talking to the superintendent, taking 30 years old plans and transforming them in CAD format, surveying the apartments that did not have the original plans and proposing the solution for the thermal insulation system. The highlight of my job at InterTech was being made responsible for the development of the design of the first Romanian public"Near Zero Emissions Bulding". This was done in collaboration with a team of installations engineers from the UTCB.
