Besides being on site, as Branch Manager for Source Consulting d.o.o. (located in Banjaluka) I also oversee and manage all market research operations remotely for the sister company, ICCM d.o.o. (located in Belgrade and Nis).The role consists of overseeing, developing and controlling a Team Manager in Nis, under whom are 18 agents, a Teamlead in Belgrade under whom are 8 agents and a Manager in Banjaluka under whom are 20 agents.The market research campaigns have the goal of generating leads for cleints in the DACH region.

Leading a Team distributed in four Locations,directly and remotely.(Belgrade, Nis, Novi Sad and Istanbul)Managing 30 employees directly and another 20 remotely.The core tasks of the teams were conducting market research in the DACH region and generating leads for clients.I organized operations and delegated tasks between the teams in four locations.I was instrumental in opening the new branch in the City of Nis and heavily participated in recruiting, training and integrating the new team into existing structures.I managed the new team remotely and directly for around one year, brought the new site on its feet and left it in the hands of a team manager.Reporting to superiors, inferiors and clients was a daily routine while communicating in German, English and Serbian.Conducting close to one hundred job interviews during the span of two years and participating in board meetings was valuable experience gained, as well as participating in internal decisions such as operational planning but also long term and short term strategies.Directly active in Interviewing, hiring, employee evaluation, termination.Operational tasks included forecasting output, quality control, reporting, communicating with external partners, organizing the holiday and break schedules, controlling the relevant KPI`s and optimizing all operational processes.Interpersonal tasks included maintaining discipline, team spirit and synergy, coaching, maintaining workplace etiquette and mediation.Administrative tasks included keeping track of inventory, counting up the work hours, bonuses, exchanging feedback with the HR department and the IT department.
