Current• Lead & Architect Digital Transformation & IIoT journey from DTMA (Digital Transformation Maturity Assessment) to implementation of the UNS (Unified Name Space)• Designed, Developed and Implemented 50++ web-based applications that cover Production Schedule, Shift Management System, CMMS, Facility Notifications, Online Documentation System, Project Management, Resources Allocation, eIQC, eNCMR, ePurge, eMSDS, Training Management, Machines Monitoring (ICT HP 3070, IFR4220, Flying Probe), Temperature/PH/CO2/Air Quality Monitoring, eKanban, AR, RFQ, Enterprise Intranet Search, Visitors Management, Temperature check and Quality/Operations/Executive Dashboards • Provide leadership and guidance to the engineering team in the development and management of production, process, test, and facilities• Risk management in all engineering areas through cross-training of technical staff, preventative maintenance programs for equipment and strong customer liaison• Maintaining the integrity of ERP information such as BOMs, Routings and Item Master• Engineering Changes co-ordination and implementation with minimum risk and obsolescence• Monitor key performance indicators including production, quality outputs and field reliability. Fine-tune internal processes as an outcome and pro-actively implement preventative means• Assist in RFQ co-ordination• New product introduction and technology transfer• Develop a strong customer relationship on engineering issues• Understanding new technologies to bring the facility in line with business requirements and EMS market
