I support the day to day maintenance activities for the Desiro Siemens DMU from CFR Călători rolling stock fleet. Responsible for collection of error logs, data from all of the mechanical and electrical systems on the vehicle.Fault data interpreter is my favorite activity of the day, trying to fix the arisen problem. Preventative maintenance for Brake, Bogie and other mechanical systems are known to me and this includes reporting of trends that may affect the fleet’s reliability.- Drawing up Bill of Materials for Desiro / Tramway project for Supply Department.- Technical assistance to mount brake system at new project DMU, Desiro DMU and Timisoara Wegmann modernised tram;- Identificate solutions with best quality/price or better delivery time for components fitted Desiro railcars / Wegmann GT4 modernized trams for Timisoara / Bmz456 coaches.- Maintaining a close link with Timisoara, Sibiu, Iasi, Cluj-Napoca and Bucharest depots representants` where Desiro multiple units are allocated.- Applying quick and accurate solutions alongside Siemens specialists of the problems encountered during test trials after capital repairs of Desiro DMU.- Preparation of warranty documents for suppliers.- Coordinate Design Department for design&production of worn/defect components from Desiro DMU, passenger cars, freight cars.- Resolving issues for pneumatic system / bogie parts. I also tried to eliminate the immobilization costs for defects in warranty time for Desiro railcars through entire Romania by giving fast and reliable solutions.- Updating and monitoring of all databases used within the organisation including the maintenance, fault, quality, and feedback databases.- feeling comfortable with daily on-site support and also to assist in preparation of monthly management reports including monthly/yearly spare parts needs for company. Computer literate, hardware, software and other IT knowledge. (HTML web design, DTP etc.)

In the company I represent, I recieve the chief supervisor duties and accomplished them in a respectable manner, documented and based on the results. Among the activities carried out include:- Identifying and moving to defect locomotives range Iasi, Neamt, Bacau and Suceava counties;- Preparation of annual inventories (parts identification, counting, creating reports);- making technical notes about electric locomotives, diesel-electric and diesel-hydraulic coming to revision process;- Preparation of bill of materials / spare parts required for locomotives are in the process of revision;- Operation of data on department personnel to repair locomotives;- Responsible for Environment problems and waste management (wasted oil, electronics and other waste) and ensuring compliance with legislation (Decision no. 1061/10 September 2008), and internal regulations on environmental protection.- Form filling technology for locomotives ASEA 5100 kW and MTE Jaquemin 4130 kW according to the results measured on the ground;- Keeping evidence of hydraulic transmission repair shop for locomotives LDH125 reducers, inverters, LDH45 and LDH70;- Liaising with suppliers of spare parts (transformers, transmission and gear units, necessary devices section, bearings, etc.);- Translation and adaptation of documents, manuals and staff working in the sector (distiller unit, the heating of the revision hall);- Acquisition of data from CEL & IVMS for processing at the computer center;- Preparation of technical drawings for devices and spare parts;

For 3 months I had a training programme about the full maintanance of the passenger cars: lubrication, checking, interior, brake maintenance, brake static checks.

For 6 months I worked as an Assistant Manager in Supply Chain departament, where I was initiated in Mechanical Engineering and in the TPM (Total Productive Management) branch. I had to replace electric motors, work in a team for building a spare parts database of the factory, repair lubrication faults, make daily/monthly operations for greasing and maintaining production lines.

For two years I had the most beautiful part-time job that a student may have. As responsabilities, I had:- to make daily press analysis;- to make 5 news of 300 words each;- to compose a editorial of 500 words each;- forum administration- daily newsletter- conference and Auto Fair participation with photos and interviews

In my high-school years I work with a great team in realising a monthly school magazine. In this time I gained experience in IT knowledge, Photoshop, QuarkXpress, PageMaker, photography, journalistic skills. Every year, the magazine took the Laureate Title at the National School Magazines Quest.
