I was leading a development team of 9-15 people. Besides being responsible for the career development of my team members, I also evaluated new technologies, interviewed candidates for developer/architect positions, and actively took part in software architecture design and construction as well.

I was mostly involved in ASP .NET/ASP .NET MVC projects, and I acted as the development team lead of a team of 6-10. My responsibilities included mentoring junior developers, interviewing candidates for .NET developer positions as well as designing software architectures.

I worked as a .NET developer at Grepton creating both web-based and desktop applications on the .NET platform. Besides that, as an instructor I was invited to the summer school organized by the company for new graduates.

I began as a Java developer at eSpirit, and later started to develop in C#/.NET as the company moved on to that technology. My software design skills and my knowledge in the field of design patterns improved a lot during this period.

I acted as a junior research fellow and a C++ developer working mainly on human-computer interface application. I was involved in the development of a head movement driven pointer tool based on digital image processing.
