Responsibilities:- managing the investment of MKB-Euroleasing group in automotive industry, financial management of 15 legally independent companies with total yearly turnover of over 25 billion HUF- managing and supervising the centralised controlling and planning - arranging the financial matters of CarNet group including liquidity and banking relationships, - supervising the accounting of CarNet Invest Zrt. and CarNet group- implementation of ISO:9001 on group level and supervision of the yearly audit process- centralised management of the legal affairs, foundation and liquidation of companies, making and supervising agreements, taking responsibilities for group companies as managing director on temporary basis - facility management of the properties owned by CarNet Invest Zrt., utilisation of the facilities, taking care of the maintenance of the facilities, supporting investment decision ( financing, feasibility study) - implementation and development of IT background for CarNet Invest Zrt. and CarNet group, managing the IT affairs of CarNet Invest Zrt.- heading the accounting, controlling, ISO and IT department including 6 employees, professional supervising of the centralised accounting company and keeping contact with the general managers within the group Achievements:- successfully managing the expansion period ( 2001-2008) in terms of sourcing ( HUF 3 billion additional fund) - managing the daily operation of the group during the years of crisis ( 2009-2013) and regaining the profitibality of the group by the end of 2013 - restructuring the group, separating the core business activity from property management - restructuring group financing and arranging a project financing loan of EUR 13 million - succesfully managing the liquidity of the group where the total facilities amounted to HUF 9 billion- implementation of a new controlling system - successful implementation of quality management system
