Summary: My work in recent years was primarily focused on the development and implementation of Slovenian electricity exchange market and its integration with neighbouring markets via day-ahead and intraday market coupling projects into the pan-European electricity market. Thereof I am actively involved in various steering committees and workgroups, setting up market coupling projects such as MRC SC, IBWT SC and IPT, CORE SC and JWG, XBID SC, LIP 14 SC and LIP 15 SC. In addition, I was also actively engaged in a few knowledge transfer projects regarding the set-up of day-ahead, intraday, balancing and clearing models i.e. in Macedonia, Croatia and Montenegro. Last but not least, I have lately worked as a sub-consultant on the Energy Community Secretariat driven technical assistance projects provided to Electricity Transmission System Operator of Macedonia (MEPSO) and to Electricity Market Operator of Georgia (ESCO).Key Competencies:- Excellent knowledge PX market organization, fostering of liquidity at different PX market segments and of market coupling projects- Proved communication skills and knowledge of business, multi-ethnic/cultural environment and energy systems through leadership or active participation in steering committees and workgroups- Excellent knowledge of market integration projects in Europe- Project management in different areas, i.e. energy regulation, complex international projects with a high number of project parties,- Leading cross-functional teams (TSOs, PXs, vendors) for project implementation- Development of new activities and new market products- Coordinating and completing project tasks- Active participation on various conferences and workshops- Consistent compliance with agreements and deadlines
