As an attorney at San Antonio Legal Services Association (SALSA), I manage special projects as well as seven staff attorneys and legal fellows who are responsible for providing pro bono legal services to underserved, low-income residents of the San Antonio area. I practice in estate planning, probate, real property, public benefits applications, consumer protection and other related matters. I also recruit and train volunteers for extended pro bono representation of low-to-modest income litigants.I also have a strong background in history, military strategy, and organizational leadership. And I am passionate about closing the access to justice gap, using those skills to serve the community and advance the legal profession.
