Provide support for a VMware ESX network hosting a Windows Server 2003 environment. Applications include ISA 2006, IIS, MS Exchange 2003, MS SQL 2005, SharePoint Office 2007, Citrix, & BES 4.1. Telephony includes Inter-Tel VOIP intergrated with Office Communicator 2005.

Working through a Grant funded program with local donations from private companies I Project Managed and implemented a computer center for at risk youth. The network consisted of 3 servers, 45 desktops, 5 printers, 3 switches and 1 router. I devised a program that used the students in building out the network along with teaching them the skills to maintian the network. This network also gave the students access to online programs that would help them eventually gain their GED.

Responsible for technical solutions for each department (HR, MIS, Pharmacy, LAB, Radiology, Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, OB, Dental & Special Services). Project Manager for implementation of technical solutions: After agreeing to be a test site for Cisco Products; I project managed and implemented a LAN\ WAN consisting of a Cisco foundation using Cisco Call Manager 4.0 -4.1. This system consisted of Unified Messenging, Employee Clock-In and Clock Out and served as the main network for the company. After building out the Windows environment with the introduction of Windows Server 2003 with Exchange 2003; we implement a NextGen PMS \ EMR solution. The WAN consisted of 7 locations throughout Alabama. Worked closely with CFO on controlling Grant funded Projects. Management of MIS staff and all network systems. Responsible for HIPAA and JCAHO standards concerning Technology.
