With over seven years of experience in marketing and sales, I am working as an Assistant Manager at Excel Telecom, the national distributor of Samsung in Bangladesh. I have done Masters in Marketing from the University of Dhaka, and a BBA in Marketing from East West University.In my current role, I oversee product, project, brands, and sales operations, applying my skills in customer relationship management, sales processes, and sales management. I am responsible for product management, market analysis, product benchmarking, communication with partners, and guiding the field team. I also plan, organize, formulate, direct, and control the operation activities, including capacity planning, target setting, quality standards, and supply chain management. I have successfully increased the user retention rate, visibility, and merchandising of Samsung products in the competitive telecom market. I am passionate about delivering solutions that meet customer needs and objectives, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
