Collaborating with the team on existing tasks in creating AI/ML-driven software as a service platform in logistics and supply chain management space targeting importers and exporters and building new features for the web app. Tasks performed till now :-1) Automated data extraction process by creating custom web scraping codes in Python, retrieving and parsing required information from target websites for the company’s database that will simplify client management from a single platform.2) Running Python scripts consisting of the PaddleOCR library for converting pdfs of vital documents to JSON files to extract the necessary attributes’ information reducing 80% of time spent on manual paperwork.3) Preparing training data for the Machine Learning model by annotating the essential attributes in the 250 + generated JSON files.
