Our goal is to help our customers purchase a car that matches their aspirations with absolute confidence and complete peace of mind.• Handling City Operations, Two Spinny HUBs with the inventory of 300+ Cars and GMV of 7.5Cr.• Operations management & overseas ( Realization, Inventory Management , KRA, NPS , Refund & Escalation, Cancellation, Supply Management, Quality Standard Audits )• Driving revenue through various media channels , T2D conversion, internal sales, Walk-In drive & SAAS products.• Working on various internal tools to track the HUB performance. Working with the central strategy team on performance monitoring and improvement capabilities.• Directly responsible for achieving demand targets and overall P&L of the City. Managing operations activities on day-to-day basis. Ensure operational activities remain on time and within defined budget.• Develop a deep understanding of the local used-car market, pricing, and demographics to run ground operations smoothly & provide critical feedback to the central teams.• Achieve NPS target and enhance customer experience. Working with ground team to maximize promoter rating and minimize detractor rating to enhance repeat rate & overall client experience.• Responsible for end to end planning and execution of city growth. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
