• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting efforts which include; sourcing candidates, conducting phone interviews, scheduling on site interviews, and extending offers• Responsible for pre-employment processes, including vendor management system entry, background checks, drug testing, reference check (if needed) • Decision making relating to the hiring, coaching, and termination of employees.• Maintain documentation related to the recruitment process, including candidate records and interview notes.• Responsible for end-to-end resolution of customer and employee requests or concerns• Maintaining a close relationship with HR Business Partner, hiring managers and site supervisor• Scheduling and coordinating in office and virtual interviews• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.• Working with and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information• Invoice and Payroll discrepancies for clients and employees• Conducting yearly safety reviews for our active clients• Using ATS and Vendor Management Systems (VMS)• Handling all Invoice Reconciliations• Handling Injury Reports and conducting HR investigations for employees.• Generating and creating reports for customers on a regular basis• Job Fairs – both in office and local• Staying in compliance with our HR policies and labor laws and Client requirements
