New product development for tablet/ capsules/ dry syrup/ pellets/ DC granules/ EC granules.Knowledge of developing and manufacturing Pellets (Anti-Ulcerant) using FBC, Coating pan process and spheronizer/ extrusion process (Ambroxol, Chlorpheniramine maleate, Phenylephrine HCL, Omeprazole, Lansoprazole, Esomeprazole, Itraconazole, Pantoprazole, rabeprazole, Orlistat, tamsulosin, tacrolimus, Diclofenac sodium, Domperidone, Venlafaxine, Aspirin, Multivitamins etc.).Knowledge of developing and manufacturing of SR coating/ Micro Pellets like Clarithromycin.Knowledge of developing and manufacturing various types of tablets (Anti malarial (Doxycycline, artemether and lumefantrine etc), Anti bacterial (ciprofloxacin, metronidazole, azithromycin, cephalexin, sulfamethoxazole, trimethoprim etc), Pain killers (Diclofenac sodium, diclofeanc potessium, Tramadol etc),anti histamines (Diphenhydramine, Cimetidine, Ranitidine, loratadine, fexofenadine etc), steroids (prednisolone, betamethasone, dexamethasone, hydrocortisone etc) , Psychotropics (lorazepam), HIV antiretroviral (lamivudine, tenofovir, abacavir, sovir etc), multi vitamins).Knowledge of encapsulation of combination pellets by using SA9 semi-automatic capsule filling machine and AF 90 automatic capsule filling machine.Knowledge of project planning, FAT, SAT.
