Hi !!I'm Mihir, a 24-year-old Masters Graduate with a professional background spanning Audit, Sales, Management, and Operations. Currently, I'm part of the dynamic team at SimuRise Learning Pvt Ltd, a prominent Leadership and Talent Development organization focusing on building organizational culture, future readiness, and collaborative leadership in organizations. My role as an Assistant Manager of Operations involves managing, planning, and orchestrating day-to-day activities, from client onboarding and engagement to flawlessly executing tasks alongside our esteemed CEO. Manage vendors on-time with a zero-defect delivery and I service national as well as international partners. Communication and collaboration is what I have learned a lot since joining this organization. I will also be responsible for the Pre-Sales Operations and connecting with various clients for business generating activities.Further, I also help our CEO facilitate some fascinating leadership development programs for Senior Managers & CXOs of various multi-national companies. In addition to this, I have been learning a lot about managing people and tasks while co-facilitating these sessions.Previously, I have worked as an Auditor, then a Sales associate & a Sports Management Trainee over the years.
