Building, user-testing, and piloting a web application to help communities in Pennsylvania map their assets in collaboration with community members. The goal is to encourage more community participation in the planning process, giving town planners and other stakeholders richer information with which to apply for development grants and prioritize projects.GitHub repository: https://github.com/jameson-c/asset-mappr

- Set up a unit to promote the use of administrative data for policy research, as part of a 3-member core team. Created protocols and helped grow the unit to 10 staff, working across 7 projects in 3 states- Coordinated with state government departments, researchers, and donors to develop and manage research projects. Handled grants of up to INR 40 lakh/USD 45,000, supervised 2 Research Associates and over 10 interns.- Accessed, processed and analyzed a variety of survey and administrative datasets across sectors (labour, housing, sanitation, health, tax, and more). These included spatial data, call records, and tabular data. Presented recommendations and findings to staff at multiple levels of government through seminars, reports, and small meetings.- Supported several capacity building efforts: delivered trainings for >50 government staff on topics such as data quality and visualisation, assisted drafting of a state-wide data sharing policy

Provided research assistance on a large-scale randomized evaluation in rural Bangladesh testing interventions for empowering adolescent girls. - Developed an Excel-based model to estimate the credit potential of bank branch catchment areas- Designed and personally collected primary data from households in rural Tamil Nadu, conducted lit reviews, and analysed bank branch customer data to inform the model
