About Mihir Tak

I am a self-motivated girl from India who has come all the way to America to learn and grow. Coming from a different country with a completely different background has made me an open-minded person. Being raised in India and now living in the US has taught me to work well with people from diverse backgrounds. It has taught me to adapt to different styles of learning and living, making it easy for me to live and work in any part of the world. I initially came to the U.S. to obtain a degree in one of the business majors but my love for fashion pulled me towards this amazing course of apparel merchandising at Indiana University. My past experiences in the apparel industry and marketing have also helped me to be a great coordinator, a leader, a co-worker and a teammate. I am a versatile person and have been involved in various organizations such as NGOs, Student government, on-campus Fashion Magazine, Retail studies organization, Yoga club, Jhanak-dance team etc. which has taught me time management and teamwork. I am an enthusiast who is always looking for a new learning experience.
