I started doing work at height because I like to work outside and seeing things getting done, makes me feel good. I have noticed that I master new skills much faster than my peers. I guess this is the “how can I do it better” mindset that gives me the ability to learn things faster and develop better ways of doing thins. I started off as a Rope Access Technician doing simple maintenance and window washing jobs but soon I was managing teams again, and I have been supervising lot of different Rope Access projects ever since. My sales experience and technical background, gives me confidence to take on challenging projects. I have 100% delivery track record, delivering up to 5 simultaneous projects on time and budget, using in-house and contracted resources. My brain is very good at finding simple solutions in complex situations; that is why I have implemented a lot of process improvements in my previous roles. I’m used to change environments and I adapt to new situations fairly quickly. I can keep calm and rational thinking even under high pressure and stress.
