Enhanced user safety by investigating how product features could be misused and developed strategies to address the gaps.Conducted large scale investigations on inauthentic users and misuse of Meta's platforms which led to addressing vulnerabilities and decreasing the presence of harmful content (e.g. health and civic misinformation) and adversarial networks. Worked with OSINT and delivered multiple investigative reports on fraudulent activity and adversarial networks present on Meta's platforms as well as strategies for mitigation.Collaborated with external partners (e.g. government officials, NGOs, law enforcement) for identifying and disrupting coordinated networks engaged in malicious activity.Worked in multiple violation areas and became an expert in hate speech, misinformation, inauthentic behaviour and coordinated networks.

Started an initiative focused on standardisation of project management processes across the EMEA region in collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Launched a series of resources and learning materials to support the adoption of the new project management process. More than 100+ employees fully completed the onboarding module. Owned the analytics side of the planning exercise for 2021 by delivering multiple dashboards and tools used further by the management for decision making.

POS Supply Chain (Merchant Support): Provided support for Adyen's merchants in relation to their POS terminals logistic issues. Managed a project for improving the terminal return process which resulted in a higher level of compliance and increased operational efficiency.Cybersecurity: Assisted the information security team in preparing and delivering the onboarding sessions for all the new joiners. Gathered feedback about the overall onboarding process and provided the team with insights and relevant improvement proposals.
