It Procurement Specialist
CurrentResponsible for EMEA and APAC regions in the following tasks:Internal Presales and Product Delivery (Salesforce CRM):• Liaising with internal product delivery teams.• Producing hardware quotes for sale teams.• Delivery of sales commitments through to the customers.• Post delivery customer support.• Analyzing industry and demand trends together with IT Specialists.• Supporting marketing activities. Procurement and Supplier Management (Maconomy ERP):• Responsible for entire procurement cycle from RFI/RFQ, purchase order, delivery, payment to reviewing performance.• Developing OEM computer hardware with IT Specialist according to key business criteria.• Direct communication with leading suppliers (DELL, Nvidia, Citrix, etc).• Assuring that the suppliers are complied with company policies and regulatory standards.• Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues. Logistics and Inventory Control:• Maintaining accurate inventory and procurement and logistics record.• Maintaining good communications with logistics agent and freight forwarders.• Preparing various documents as per agreed shipping terms, including letter of credit.• Strong familiarity with international logistics; Country of Origin, Incoterms, shipping DG.Finance:• Support in AP, P&L report and auditing processes.
