I was introduced to the coffee industry back when I was a studying for Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Applied Nutrients from Addis Ababa Science and Technology University.I have a deep love for coffee and have recently embarked on a career in the coffee industry, dedicating my time and expertise to quality control and experimental processing.During my time as a student, I had the opportunity to participate in an internship program at the Ethiopian Coffee and Tea Authority Coffee Quality Inspection and Certification Center. This experience allowed me to develop a strong foundation in assessing and certifying the quality of coffee, further fueling my passion for the industry.Following my graduation, I joined Daye Bensa Coffee through an internship program. Through hard work and dedication, I steadily progressed in the company and eventually became a Quality Control Specialist. In this role, I ensured that the coffee met the highest standards of quality, taste, and aroma. Additionally, I had the opportunity to collaborate with customers on experimental processings, constantly striving to enhance the coffee experience.Working alongside customers, I have gained valuable insights into their preferences and expectations for experimental processing. I have embraced the responsibility of conducting various experiments to optimize the coffee's flavor profile, always seeking to exceed customer satisfaction.My academic background in food science and applied nutrients, coupled with my hands-on experience in the coffee industry, has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of coffee quality control, certification, and experimental processing. I am dedicated to upholding the highest standards in coffee production and fostering strong relationships with customers.Looking forward, I am enthusiastic about continuing to expand my knowledge and skills in the coffee industry.
