I serve as the technical lead for development and management of accountability structures (feedback and complaint mechanisms) and systems in Turkey/Syria Mission. I am responsible for ensuring fully embedded practical and effective mechanisms for accountability to affected populations, via capacity building of staff and sub-grantees, and ensuring that accountability is built into all stages of project implementation.

My primary responsibilities were ensuring the accuracy of Feedback Mechanism (FBM) database and analyzing the trends as well as developing dashboards on Power BI based on the department’s needs. I maintained and improved database performance and developed SOPs as a guideline for multiple users. I drafted and updated relevant tools, policies and procedures related to handling the feedbacks, data entry and materials for trainings and prepared accountability inputs for donor reports.
I received beneficiary feedback via dedicated hotline, Whatsapp and email and provided relevant counseling to feedback providers while following up the feedback with relevant departments. I logged feedback cases and recorded subsequent actions and outcomes in the database.
