When m2Media Oy was established, I facilitated the transfer of all real estate customers and business from Skyproduction Oy to m2Media Oy. This transition provided m2Media with a strong and immediate start, thanks to our extensive real estate customer base. With m2Media focusing solely on real estate, it became a specialised firm, while Skyproduction Oy concentrated on enhancing its brand, communications, and marketing approaches. We appointed a CEO knowledgeable in real estate from our existing customer base to lead m2Media Oy. In my role as COO, I was responsible for ensuring a smooth transition and guiding the company towards its early success and strategic direction.

Crasman is a Finnish online business and digital media pioneer founded in 1996. The offices are located in downtown Helsinki, Finland. Crasman specializes in turnkey solutions for online business, covering internal and external communications, commerce, asset management and multichannel marketing.Responsibilities include project management and account management as well as building new customer relationships by helping them to develop their services and business online. Projects include leading a team of web professionals who design and implement the projects on Crasman Stage content management system and Crasman Studio digital asset management system.

Responsibilities included providing technical solutions, technical design and implementation of versatile projects on Crasmanager content management system and Digtator digital asset management system.Also responsible for developing the online support concept for Crasman, which received many grateful acknowledgements directly from clients.

Participated in development of Tapiiri. Occasionally took part in projects as a freelancer during the studies in EVTEK University of Applied Sciences.
