My main task in this position is to manage installation projects of electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE), more familiarly electric vehicle chargers. Projects include defining the site, organizing installations and logistics of the chargers and commissioning the chargers.I work closely with B2B customers to find the best charging solution to their needs. This includes coordinating site survey at client, defining the technical requirements for the installation, selecting correct charger suitable for the site and working together with technicians to commissioning chargers.I also take part of operations of the chargers. This means monitoring the chargers status, diagnosing faults in the chargers and backend system and doing charger testing. I work together with our product and services team to create the best possible eMobility charging solution for the end users, the people charging their car and the charging site operators.

The most important task in my position as service supervisor was handling whole service process from reserving the appointment with customer to invoicing the service. As service supervisor I was responsible for customer service with both phone and email. Daily tools organizing the services were SAP CRM and SAP ECC and Atlas Copcos own databases. My position included also being supervisor for team of four. I was responsible for doing the technical training for products for my team. I organized and scheduled the weeks of the technicians and informed where they should be and when. Working with construction equipment and professional working tools it was especially important that right spare parts were always with technician in the right place at the right time. Work included some administrative work, like coding and approving purchase invoices. I also administrated the machine database for our equipment. Maintaining the workshop was also part of my daily work. Things like ordering services for the machines used in the workshop and ordering stock replenishment were part of my duties. I took actively part in developing our service process to more technician and customer friendly way.
