Participated in the 12-week Academy program in the fall of 2019 and then worked as an IT consultant for Academic Work. I was an internal consultant for one month, working on a software development project using Azure, and then on two assignments for Fortum and the City of Helsinki.System Engineer, Fortum, February 2020 - February 2021Worked as a system engineer in Hedging and Forecasting support teams in the Business Technology unit. Provided application support and did small-scale development tasks. In my daily work, I used various technologies and platforms, such as Azure, SQL, Oracle, and Jira.I also worked as the primary system engineer for two applications for which I did both technical and administrative work. I participated in a financial reporting development project with Azure and Power BI as the main technologies.City of Helsinki, March 2021 - November 2021Worked as a project manager in three system implementation projects for an educational institute in Helsinki. Coordinated the work of a five-person project team day to day, worked in partnership with system suppliers, constructed work plans, and communicated the progress across the stakeholder audience.

Worked in the pet insurance department, where my responsibilities included handling insurance claims, consulting internal and external customers on company services, mapping customer needs, and offering suitable solutions from the product catalog. I also organized the monthly shift list and created orientation materials.
