I'm the co-owner of Juhlatalo Tapiola, event space in Kissanmaa Tampere. You can host parties and events at our venue.

Starting from January 2017 I've been working as a senior lecuturer in TAMK. My field of expertise is digital marketing, with a hint of entrepreneurship mindset of course. At the moment I'm both teaching and working in ROBINS project as a social media specialist.

While in TAMK, I have worked with business- and international business students, ICT-students and people studying environmental engineering. Courses I've teached: Digital marketing, Social media and company websites, Basics of marketing, Business planning, Customer relationship management, Innovation tools, ICT Entrepreneurship, Modern IT communications (in English), Sales and Negotiation Skills (in English), Environmental Economics and Entrepreneurship (in English)

I'm responsible for making 1CR self-paced online studies for HUBS. Self branding micromodule, Digital marketing micromodule and Digital selling micromodule are open for all Tuni students for free and for anyone via AvoinAMK.

In addition to teaching, I'm working as a part-time entrepreneur. My company was founded for making small and interesting projects - such as websites, coaching and marketing. During summer 2014 and 2015 I run a small pop-up-cafe called Kesäkahvila Lempi in Koskipuisto-park Tampere together with two fellow entrepreneurs.

I was working as a business coach in Y-kampus starting back in 2014. My coaching duties included sparring students with their business ideas, teaching intensive courses about business development and managing the social media accounts of Y-kampus.

I worked one academic year as a producer at Y-kampus Keskusta which is located in main building of UTA. Y-kampus is a network, innovation space and melting pot for people with ideas and entrepreunial spirit. Together with Y-kampus team we planned and implemented all sorts of entrepreunial happenings from courses to coaching and ideas to innovations. As a part of my daily job, I organized events, did social media marketing, hosting of groups, building Y-kampus network and promoting entrepreneurship path inside upcoming TRE3, among both students and staff.

I was teaching in TREDU for two school years, full-time and part-time. During that time I worked with business students, business information technology students, dressmaker- and cosmetologist students. My courses were about Entrepreneurship, Customer service, Wordpress, Basics of Photoshop, E-commerce, Information retrieval and Visual tools for business students.In addition to that I was teaching in TIKASpaja-project entrepreneurship- and project skills to a small tutorial group of students, that had been expelled or resigned from vocational college in Tampere area.

Stand-in/ acting project manager for EU-project about entrepreneurship education. I was covering for the project manager during summer 2012. I was organizing NY-yritys meetings for entrepreneurship teachers, updaiting website and social media channels, writing newsletters and press releases, maintaining Yrityskummit-network of entrepreneurs that volunteer speaking to students about entrepreneurship and doing the paperwork for projects administration.

I was organizing learning by doing entrepreneurship courses and overnight camps for high school students in Pirkanmaa area. I was coaching stundents in weekly meetings and helping them with their 8-week projects for local entrepreneurs. Usually projects were small customer events and marketing campaigns.During summers 2010 and 2011 I was coaching high school students pop-up-summer cafe-projects. Students were working as real entrepreneurs and got paid by the outcome. We had weekly meetings where we discussed about developing their business and plannig their marketing, shifts and range of goods. Kahvila Punane was located in Koskipuisto 2010 and Kahvila Fame in Hämeenpuisto during summer 2011.In addition to coaching, we organized a series of events to inspire high school students to see entrepreneurship as a career option. Outside entrepreneurship courses and events I was planning and implementing marketing, writing press releases, updating project web page and social media channels.

I was working part-time in entrepreneurship education EU-project called Kasvu Yrittäjyyteen. I was producing entrepreneurship education material for publication called Ammatillisten opintojen yrittäjyyskopit. I was also designing and impelementing the layout of the publication with InDesign.

I was working as a producer in Central Finland Regional Dance Center in Tampere. I was responsible for marketing and organizing productions around central Finland, such as Liikettä!-dance festival and Tilan taju-dance production. I was managing centers website, making visual marketing materials (flyers, posters, photography), contacting dance professionals and writing press releases and newsletters.

I was working in Stockmann Herkku in different service counters (meat, fish, cheese, salad bar, bread) as a salesperson during my batchelor studies. Working in Stockmann Herkku taught me strong customer service attitude and gave me special food and hygiene knowledge.

Our cooperative company was founded with classmates during our bachelor studies. Our team company produced a variety of projects for our clients in Tampere city region. I worked mainly in the fields of event management, marketing campaigns, graphic design, HR and project implemention for clients.

As the "hottest summer job ever", I spent the summer 2005 waiting tables in one of the busiest terraces in Tampere. The reason I wanted to mention this is the customer feedback as seen below. One nice group of people actually sent a thank you note in Tamperelainen-newspaper telling I was the best waitress ever and they enjoyed my service a lot. The positive feedback in the newspaper was also spotted my the management that sent me a thank you note and two tickets to the movie theatre.
