About Miinkay Yu
Miinkay is empathetic, patient and supportive. She's been an engineer with Dow Chemical, a consultant at Accenture, and a software designer at UCLA Health, but with each of those jobs something was missing. Eventually she quit her corporate career and started a private practice in hands on healing. Working with people one-on-one, teaching, and supporting them through transformation has been the most fulfilling part of her career. In 2022, she was supporting a client through end of life planning and acceptance. That encouraged her to get further training as a Death Midwife. Now she works with families and their loved ones to prepare for and journey through dying and grief. She created two podcasts Meditate with Miinkay and What's Your Calling? And runs her private practice in Redondo Beach, California. When she's not working, she's rock climbing and going on walks with her dog Coco.
