Responsible for 1200% growth in lessons from 2008 to present. Pioneered the NSBA Hawks Baseball program and grew the program by 500% in 5 years. Work with all levels to establish a uniform way to approach the game as a pitcher. I work with all four levels to ensure that signs, terminology, and approach are the same. Assist the Head Coach in creating a uniform work out plan for our players for in and out of season to ensure progress physically. Advise players on college visits, potential of playing at the next level, and recruitment to college programs.
