During this internship, I led the complete redesign of a web-based employee management application. My main goal was to improve the user experience and the application's efficiency through an optimized information architecture. My role included:𝗨𝗫 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻: Rethinking the structure and existing features to ensure better navigation and intuitive use.𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: Organizing and prioritizing content and features optimally.𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Collecting user feedback and iterating solutions in collaboration with the development team.𝗔𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Working closely with the product team and developers to ensure the design met both user needs and business requirements.
