My duties also extended to representing the organization in overseas sales activities, including fairs, workshops, and sales calls, where I effectively communicated our value proposition and fostered meaningful business relationships.I oversaw sales campaign execution and conducted reporting to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. My marketing expertise was particularly utilized in the localization and maintenance of the Tallink Silja product marketing website and booking engine, ensuring an engaging and user-friendly experience for Korean customers. I collaborated on a variety of printed materials, such as product cards, onboard brochures, and FIT leaflets, contributing to a cohesive and attractive brand image.My role also involved leveraging social media and influencer partnerships to specifically target and engage the Korean audience, significantly increasing our market presence and customer engagement. I organized and hosted FAM trips and product inspections, providing immersive experiences that showcased our offerings and solidified client relationships.Additionally, I was tasked with training onboard summer attendants and office staff, ensuring they were well-equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to provide exceptional service. My strategic acumen was further applied in arranging MICE group host arrangements and developing targeted sales strategies that effectively met diverse client needs and drove business growth.

As a licensed homeroom teacher in a bilingual school, I specialized in a global program, demonstrating a strong commitment to advocating and marketing the private educational foundation while effectively managing my personal brand. My expertise included managing a homeroomclass and implementing progressive learning modules for grades 3 to 6. In my multifaceted role, I served as the editor-in-chief for Korean/English publications, an advanced math teacher, a scout leader for student camps, a lead coordinator for English programs, a host for English summer camps, and a designer of printed marketing materials for various events.My responsibilities extended to scheduling, training, and consulting in-house staff, ensuring a cohesive and efficient work environment. As a distinguished Fulbright Scholarship recipient, I served as a primary instructor within the Asian Studies Department at Penn State for two semesters. My tenure involved teaching and managing undergraduate courses focused on Korean language and culture, where I leveraged innovative teaching methodologies to foster an engaging and comprehensive learning environment. Beyond the classroom, I embraced the role of ambassador and host for various campus cultural events and local community initiatives. My efforts were dedicated to heightening awareness and generating interest in languages and cultural diversity, thereby enriching the academic and social fabric of the university community.
