Key Responsibilities- Confer with customers, prospects and sales team to collect requirements- Prepare sales presentations with service offerings, case studies and proof points- SME to devise complex client solutions around SAP CRM , SAP C/4, Loyalty Management , SAP PM & Turnaround Management,- Execute solution presentations, demos and handle scenario sessions with prospects- Develop proposals and pricing models for customer requirements- Penetrate and expand accounts through operational strategic account planning- Coordinate with Sales, Business Development teams to followup on sales cycles- Provide market feedback on product road maps

Key Responsibilities- Overall P&L responsibility for managing and growing the practice- Direct client engagements and ensure that projects are aligned to the client’s goals and agenda- Create solution architecture for project engagements with clients for CRM requirements- Draft work statements, proposals and support contract creation- Check on multiple onshore and offshore projects- Articulate value proposition to client requirements- Excellent client handling skills, with ability to present and articulate various points of view- Support sales team members with solution approaches for new opportunities- Exhibit effective leadership, team work & people management skills- Ability to build consensus
