Mi (Sherry) Ji is now pursuing her Master of Science in Accounting at The University of Texas at Dallas. She earned her Bachelor of Management in Corporate Finance in Shanghai University of International Business and Economics in China. During that time, she had an internship at Lloyd's Register as an AP intern and found out that she is interested in being a FP&A.Mi is still exploring which career path she would follow, so she wants to get to know as many career paths as she can. As a VITA tutor in spring 2019, she cooperated with a 7 person team preparing more than 100 students for passing exams of VITA. She was also a volunteer in VITA program, doing more than 20 individual tax returns for low-income families. Now she works as a graduate assistant for MS Accounting program and is responsible for preparing 2019 graduation video and slides and posting articles aiming at helping current and prospective students on WeChat platform.In addition to earning a Master's degree, she is aspiring to pass CMA and CPA exam. She plans to pass part 1 exam in August 2019 and she is eligible to sit for the CPA exam in December 2019.
