My job was to design an investment portfolio suitable for basic and professional use. I was also responsible for the seamless transaction of investment products like term deposits, government bonds, mutual funds and stocks.I worked here in an agile environment with an awesome group of a project owner, developers, manual testers, researchers and business experts.It was a big and complex project full of exciting design challenges.

Designing the very first layers of a new mobile bank app is a rare opportunity and a fun challenge.

We had to validate the concept of an insurance service in this service design project. It was a great opportunity to work with a senior service designer. We synthesized the research outcomes and highlighted the most important findings in a solid but loveable presentation.

The new member registration software was created to digitalize the association's communication, fee collection, and history. We saved a considerable amount of time for them with some simple automation.
